**Summary**
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Host/Host to join our team at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the overall dining experience and supporting our mission to become a leader in the breakfast industry.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the seating process efficiently.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information about menu items and wait times.
- Assist guests with inquiries and ensure their needs are met during their visit.
- Maintain an organized waiting list during busy periods to optimize seating efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
**Job Type**: Part-time
