**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or relevant role in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and Japanese culinary traditions.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Food Safety Certification (Food Handler's Certificate).
