**Job Overview**
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Supply Staff (On-Call / Casual) to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children and have a background in early childhood education or caregiving. As a Supply Staff member, you will provide essential support in classrooms, ensuring a nurturing and educational environment for children. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of young learners.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist classroom teachers in implementing daily activities and lesson plans.
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and educational activities.
- Support the educational development of children by providing guidance and encouragement.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and children to foster a collaborative atmosphere.
- Adapt to various classroom settings and age groups as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with children in a classroom or caregiving setting is preferred.
- Background in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable.
- Ability to work with individuals with disabilities and create an inclusive environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively educate and engage with children.
- Flexibility to work on-call as needed, adapting to varying schedules.
- A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for child development.
