**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and assemble sushi dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled according to food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory levels of sushi ingredients and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Stay updated on current trends in sushi preparation and presentation techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests when necessary, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices, food safety standards, and kitchen operations.
- Experience in meal preparation, cooking techniques, and serving in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining individual responsibilities.
