**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the **Quality Control Specialist** ensures that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes that will ensure our products meet or exceed customer expectations. You will work closely with our production and engineering teams to identify potential quality issues, investigate, and analyze these issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
- Experience with statistical process control and data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

**Sommaire du Poste**:
Sous la responsabilité du directeur des opérations, **le spécialiste du contrôle de la qualité** veille à ce que nos produits répondent aux normes les plus élevées en matière de qualité et de fiabilité. En tant que spécialiste du contrôle de la qualité, vous serez chargé d'élaborer et de mettre en œuvre des procédures et des processus de contrôle de la qualité qui garantiront que nos produits répondent aux attentes des clients, voire les dépassent. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes de production et d'ingénierie afin d'identifier les problèmes de qualité potentiels, d'étudier et d'analyser ces problèmes et de mettre en œuvre les mesures correctives nécessaires.

**Nous recherchons une personne avec**:

- Un diplôme en ingénierie ou l'équivalent.
- Un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en contrôle qualité dans un environnement de production.
- Solide connaissance des principes et pratiques du contrôle de la qualité.
- Expérience du contrôle statistique des processus et de l'analyse des données.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et souci du détail.
- Solides compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles.
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et au sein d'une équipe.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et d'autres logiciels pertinents.
