We are currently seeking a **Co-Op Sales Manager Assistant** for the** co-op term **to join our leadership team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.
**Purpose/Summary of Position**:
We are currently seeking a student to work alongside our team of professionals. This student will experience various roles throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications:

**Key role responsibilities include**:
- Working alongside dealership Managers on various projects
- Learning the selling process
- Customer relationships and retention
- Deal processing and auditing
- Staffing and team building
- Desking of deals and closing techniques
