Front Desk Agent

**Duties**:
- Greet guests as they arrive and assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations
- Process payments and maintain cash drawers
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and restaurants
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in the use of phone systems, computers, and other office equipment
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
