Factory Care is a startup with a few customers in The Greater Toronto Area, ON, and is the only one-stop maintenance management consulting and recruiting solution that offers a customized package of services on a membership model that guarantees continuous improvements and peace of mind for any manufacturing facility size in Ontario, but mostly along GTA. **What are we looking for?**

We are looking for an ambitious Cofounder / Chief Revenue Officer who can design and implement a better sales and marketing strategy to generate and close more deals.
- Love for entrepeneurship. A person looking to conquer and strive for success.
- Experienced B2B hunter with digital/advertising sales experience and local market connections
- Well-crafted sales process/methodology
- Outstanding communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- No fear approach to new business development through cold-calling and networking and a successful track record to back it up
- Proven ability to build rapport and develop strong business relationships

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
