At Sweet Jane's, we believe in creating unforgettable gift experiences for our customers. As an Assistant Manager, you'll have the chance to be a key player in our store's success. **Having previous gift basket or floral design making experience is a must** We are looking for skilled and talented individuals who can create beautiful and unique gift baskets that bring smiles to our customers' faces. If you have a passion for crafting and a keen eye for design, we provide opportunities for you to showcase your expertise and create stunning gift baskets that leave a lasting impression.

Your main responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service and utilizing suggestive selling techniques to help our customers find the perfect gifts. You'll also handle cash transactions, create custom gift baskets, assist with store maintenance, and play a part in monitoring our social media presence. Additionally, stocking and merchandising the store will be important aspects of your role.

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
