We are seeking an experienced **ERP Manager with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)** to join our team. Reporting to the Sr. Director, ERP & Enterprise Applications, the ERP Manager will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our ERP platform—**with a specific focus on Dynamics 365 F&O**.

**Role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Lead the implementation and ongoing management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, ensuring that it meets the needs of the organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Manage system upgrades, testing, and deployment, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations
- Manage and provide direction to the team in alignment with the business operations and priorities
- Ensure issues are identified and resolved in a timely manner
- Liaise with vendors for prompt rectification of any problems or emergencies
- Create and maintain documentation for all aspects of system development, support and troubleshooting
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement
- Ensure adherence to all SOX Compliance Controls regarding the ERP
- Manage, coach, and develop the ERP team to inspire growth and innovative solutions
- Supervise recruitment, development, performance, and retention of the ERP team in accordance with the organizational strategic objectives
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in ERP systems and recommend enhancements or new modules as needed

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)—minimum of 3 years preferred
- 3+ years of experience in an ERP leadership or managerial role
- Experience managing remote teams
- Strong background in ERP implementations, particularly involving Dynamics 365 F&O, including requirements gathering, testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support
- Understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure AD, O365, SharePoint, Teams)
- Demonstrated experience in managing ERP-related projects across large enterprise environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to process optimization and business outcomes
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
