Position: ERP Development Manager – Location: Corporate Office - North York – Salary: $170K to $180K – Type: Full-time, On-site – Posting Type: Open vacancy. Job Description Lead ERP modernization and cloud migration (NAV → Business Central) Redesign legacy NAV customizations into extension-based BC architecture (AL) Own integrations across POS (LS Central), e‑commerce, CRM, WMS, finance, inventory, and vendor APIs Drive data migration, ETL, governance, and cut‑over execution Provide hands‑on technical leadership (coding, architecture, CI/CD, environments) Build and mentor a high‑performing ERP development team Translate complex technical decisions into clear, business‑aligned outcomes Enforce security, compliance, observability, and operational discipline Skills 7+ years ERP development experience (NAV & Business Central) Deep expertise in LS Central / Retail ERP ecosystems Proven success migrating legacy ERP systems to Business Central Cloud Strong integration, API, and DevOps ownership Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and release governance Engineering‑first mindset with strong communication and leadership skills Nice to Have Azure (Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, AD) Power BI / retail analytics Azure DevOps ERP deployment automation How to Apply Send your resume in Word format to Sara Callahan at .
