**Must be available for early mornings and weekends.**_ _**Part time position leading into Full Time.**_

**Room Attendant Duties -**
- Enters and prepares the room for cleaning, makes bed, dusts the room and furniture.
- Cleans the bathroom, Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies.
- Checks and secures the rooms, cleans the closet,vacuums and racks the carpet.Replenish amenities according to the operational standards.
- Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests.
- Responsible for the Hotel property in the work area.
- Attends to guest calls, guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned to him.
- Responsible for following the standard operating procedures.
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction score.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
- Superior guest services skills.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Some heavy lifting required.
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Use of cleaning chemicals
- Listening and mental attentiveness in fulfilling guests requirements.
- Sets-up and cleans up Breakfast buffet on a daily basis.
- Infrequent handling of queries from guests, and property staff.
- Works early morning shift, week and weekends, with minimum supervision.
- Maintains good personal appearance at all times; wear proper uniform and name tag as prescribed by hotel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
