Reporting to the Manager - Occupational Health, Safety & Wellness, the Health & Wellness Support Assistant provides clerical and project support to Occupational Health, Safety & Wellness and Infection Control and Client Safety.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Diploma in office administration

**Skills/Abilities**:

- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with superiors, coworkers, other SJCG staff
- Excellent time management skills, demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office - Proficient use of Word, Excel, and Power point, is essential
- Demonstrated regular attendance

**Assets**:

- Knowledge of StaffRight and Parklane considered an asset

**CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT**
- Will be required to travel to various work locations and provide own reliable transportation
- This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.
