**Principal Responsibilities**
- Independently design and execute experiments for the production, conjugation and biophysical characterization of antibodies
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting, intellectual input, and keep up to date with current and novel techniques
- Prepare and present data presentations and reports
- Work cross-functionally with other teams, CROs to efficiently and successfully deliver programs
- Train junior staff as required

**Qualifications, Education & Experience**
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or related field, with minimum 5 years relevant experience, or BSC/MSC with 10 years relevant experience in biotherapeutic discovery, industry experience preferred
- Experience with antibody purification, bioconjugation, biophysical analysis, ADCs

**Skills and Abilities**
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with the following techniques;
- Mammalian protein expression
- Antibody/antigen purification by chromatography using FPLCs essential, including affinity capture, SEC, IEX, AEX, CEX
- Antibody drug conjugation and analysis (ADC, bioconjugation)
- Antibody Developability Analysis including DLS, DSF, aSEC, ACSINS
- Molecular biology including protein expression vector design
- Antibody Affinity/Kinetic Analysis a bonus
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team
- Strong critical thinking and analysis skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
