Viscor is currently looking for a Data Entry Technician & General Powder Paint Line Production Assistant
Work location: Onsite: 35 Oak Street, Weston, Ontario M9N 1A1
Hour of work: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
JOB DUTIES
- Enter production data into ERP system
- Verify accuracy of data entered into system by cross checking & counting completed metal parts removed from paint line.
- Quality inspection: Use inspection equipment to confirm quality of finished product and confirm product meets specifications.
- Use measurement equipment to confirm paint thickness and quality meets desired product specifications.
- Prepare metal parts to be painted in pre-racking station
- Assist with loading or unloading product from the paint line
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Occasional lifting - Must be able to lift up to 30lbs.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Previous data entry experience
- Must have work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Sheet metal work experience preferred
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Safety conscious
