We are looking for someone with experience working in a physio/rehab clinic, ideally with experience using Jane App.

**Job description**

**Intrinsi is a multi-disciplinary health care offering physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic, massage therapy and acupuncture. We treat the general population as well as specializing in pelvic health and in endurance sport performance.**

**We are a fun, energetic and positive team and are looking for someone charismatic, enthusiastic and efficient to join the administrative side of our business.**

**Roles include**:

- Greeting clients upon arrival and supporting their experience throughout their journey with us
- Support our health care professionals by performing necessary administrative tasks
- Perform appointment bookings, answering inquiries as well as reminder and follow-up calls
- Manage client referrals and patient information database (Jane App).
- Accept client payments in a professional and confidential manner
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Educate customers on services provided by the clinic
- Perform other duties as requested by management and supervisory team
- MOA certification from an accredited institution or equivalent qualification is an asset.
- 1+ years of proven clerical or customer service work experience is a mandatory requirement.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs is mandatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory requirements.
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Flexible availability, willingness to work weekends and evenings
- Desire and willingness to learn.

**We require**:
Part-time hours: Initially looking for 10-18 per week but with option to grow hours.

Available for morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts.

Expected start date: Immediately

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17 per hour
