**Human Resources - Total Rewards Analyst**
**What you will do**:
- Offers analytical support, implements total rewards process and policy changes, and supports the changes with a robust communication plan.
- Willingness to learn payroll to act as a backup.
- Prepares reports with employee information and employee skills contained in HR systems in response to requests.
- Works closely with the HR Systems & Analytics to ensure data integrity of all total rewards data elements in the HCM systems and the integrated reporting tools.
- Ensures all total rewards documents and resources are always kept up to date. May include guides, program documentation, or communications associated with company-wide total rewards programs.
- Attends the job evaluation committee as required, contributes to evaluation of new roles, and ensures outcomes of evaluation are captured in the evaluation tool and in the job catalogue.
- Administers the North American recognition program. Runs regular and ad-hoc recognition metrics and reporting for HR and leadership.
- Participates in the coordination of the annual budget, merit review and bonus planning process, including testing for system readiness and data preparation, and maintenance.
- Participates in annual benchmarking of total rewards frameworks, including submission of compensation data surveys and analysis of annual changes to market compensation.
- Provides support and guidance to HR and leadership on the appropriate use and policy interpretation of total rewards programs.
- Developing and reporting key metrics designed to predict and measure effective benefits and compensation approaches.
- Proactively proposing new ideas to improve current processes.
**What you bring to the role**:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources and/or finance
- CEBS, CPM, CHRP and/or FCP designation preferred.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced proficiency using Excel.
- Proven organizational and time management and prioritization stills
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Time & Attendance UKG Kronos Dimensions, is an asset and any other HCM experience with Time & Attendance system, specific to UKG (Kronos) is an asset.
- Willingness to learn the payroll administration and run periodically
- Financial acumen
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to find consensus and push back as required
- Works with a sense of urgency
- Able to work with ambiguity
- Attention to detail is critical but to not get caught up in the detail
