We are seeking someone for a leadership role is the job assessment and budgeting phase of our business. This role is sales-adjacent and requires a detailed and highly motivated applicant.

**Job description** - Reporting to the General Manager, the **Install Estimator/Coordinator** is responsible for meeting with our clients to assess the needs of their project. They must be proficient in recording accurate measurements, properly estimating materials and labour and providing the client with a detailed explanation of the work to be performed.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience with measuring windows and doors is required. The measurement and field notes on every install will be the responsibility of this role.
- This role includes meeting with customers at their homes - photographing and identifying interior and exterior trim, and assessing quantities of all materials required to perform the install work.
- A knowledge of standard residential building practices in Nova Scotia is required.
- This role also requires estimation of the labour hours required for the job.
- Work with others to get the estimates approved and passed on to sales members on short timelines.
- Work with in-house inventory control to ensure that stock is on hand, and allocated to the job.
- Track and report projected costs vs actual costs.

**Other skills** - Applicants must have a clean driving record and be insurable.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
