**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in food preparation and service.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on operational performance, including sales metrics and staff productivity.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in restaurant or hotel management is preferred but not required.

Pay: $85,521.52-$95,789.27 per year
