We are looking for a Case Worker to help our clients and team of professionals by managing their case load and managing paperwork. You will work closely with the case manager to ensure that all paperwork is completed in a timely manner, and that the client is satisfied with the services provided.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage paperwork for clients in the following areas:

- Contact clients to verify their status and ensure they are on schedule
- Manage client schedules and confirm appointments
- Review client's notes and prepare for meetings or appointments accordingly
- Update client records as necessary, such as when they have changed their contact information
- Assist with payment collection if needed
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes
- Prepare reports for meetings, such as meeting minutes, summary reports, and meeting summaries
- Schedule follow-up appointments to ensure case progress is maintained
- Update client records in our database (we need to get them updated so we can track them)

**Experience & Skills**
- Previous experience in a Case Management role or other related field (preferred but not required)
- Experience working with electronic medical records preferred but not required.
- Experience handling paperwork for clients (preferred but not required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook/Excel. We will train you on our system.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized throughout the day. This job requires a lot of attention to detail. We will provide you with all the tools you need to succeed.

**Salary**: Up to $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
