**About the Role**
We are currently hiring a **full-time Plumber** based in **Calgary, Alberta** or nearby areas. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems at various customer sites across the Calgary area.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures, water heaters, water filtration systems, drainage, and venting systems in commercial and residential settings.
- Perform inspections, service calls, and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems.
- Diagnose issues and recommend solutions, creating clear and accurate service reports.
- Prepare or support estimates and quotes for plumbing repairs and small projects when needed.
- Handle drain cleaning, jetting, and work involving grease interceptors.
- Maintain safe, clean, and food-safe work areas during and after all repairs.
- Interpret blueprints and determine appropriate pipe sizes, types, and layout.
- Collaborate with dispatch, parts teams, and other trades as required.
- Maintain professional communication with internal teams and be polite and respectful when interacting with store staff, keeping technical matters internal.
- Follow building codes, health and safety standards, and company procedures.
- Drive daily between job sites (company vehicle provided).
- Occasionally be available for after-hours, weekend, or holiday calls as required.

**What We're Looking For**
- Willingness to work **non-fixed schedules — hours may vary daily, and evening, weekend, and holiday work is often required**.
- Ability to work independently and maintain clear communication with your manager.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety.
- Comfortable lifting 50-100 lbs and managing the physical demands of the job.
- Strong customer service mindset — courteous, punctual, and professional.
- Experience with basic electrical or mechanical systems (an asset).

**Minimum Requirements**
- Journeyman Plumber Certificate (required; minimum 3-5 years of experience)
- Red Seal Certification (required)
- Valid and **full Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License** (required)
- Clean driver’s abstract (required)
- Clean criminal record (required)
- Legally authorized to work in Canada

- Backflow Certification (preferred but not required)

Pay: $38.00-$47.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Grease Interceptors: 1 year (preferred)
