**Duties**
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the office.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical records systems such as Juno, Oscar etc.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Verify patient insurance information and assist with billing inquiries.
- Process billing, including MSP, **ICBC, WCB**, and private insurance claims
- Manage billing rejections and follow up on unpaid claims
- Ensure the office is clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal care delivery.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate with patients and staff.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems (Juno ,Oscar) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and administrative procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

Pay: $21.00-$29.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
