**Position Summary**:
Under the direction of the Operation Manager, this person must be able to work under mínimal supervision as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced, client-oriented sales & service environment. Handling clients with a high level of professionalism and courtesy is required while providing expertise and knowledge in the stone and tile industry to customers. This role requires strong business acumen along with a capacity to assist in company promotions specialized to the Pro desk.
**Role and responsibilities**:
- Supporting customers by providing services required for a smooth sales transaction
- Managing and participating in the complete sales cycle.
- Work with all departments to satisfy clients needs
- i.e. accounting & shipping.
- Continually maintaining and building relationships with new and existing clients with focus on contractors
- Ensuring accuracy in open and closing procedures.
- Providing product recommendations to clients.
- Providing post-sale customer service concerning warranty or deficiency claims
- Participate in training programs for updated knowledge of products
- Any other tasks and functions required
**Requirements**:
- Must have stone & tile industry knowledge
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Must be organized and self motivated
**Skills**:

- **Technical expertise**: The ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills in a technical area regarding Pro desk products.
