If you have had any form of experience with an Industrial Painting position - let us know For the right person, we will train this position. **Duties include**: - Helping with day to day shipping and warehouse work. Ie: clean up, inventory, deburring etc - Tend or operate equipment to spray or coat - Select appropriate paint or paint mixes - Prepare and mix solutions according to formulas or specifications - Clean and maintain equipment - Check proper thickness of plating using micrometers, callipers or other devices - Prep'ing items for shipping and loading trucks - Moving material to and from different work stations - Helping with various other shop tasks as required (deburring, etc...) Fork lift experience is a must (re-certification can be obtained with Kaltech) A self starter who is able to work unsupervised and efficiently. This person is a hard worker, yet safety is always on their mind. Kaltech is a "team like" atmosphere, where all members work cooperatively to service our customers. Successful applicant needs to be reliable and long term.
