**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Manage daily operations of the coffee shop, baking muffins, preparing sandwiches and ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Handle inventory management including ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Utilize POS systems for sales management, ensuring accurate transactions and efficient service.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment to enhance customer experience.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in store management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Proficient in using POS systems for sales tracking and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of store operations.

**Bonus**:
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

- Morning shift
