The Prairies - our home and way of life. Prairie Centre was born on the prairies in 1993 as a result of a merger between five credit unions in the West Central region of Saskatchewan. **Role and Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Manager Member Service & Support, the **Member Service Representative** will have a genuine desire to respond to member requests. The **Member Service Representative** will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact by delivering outstanding member service, fostering positive relationships, and contributing to the overall satisfaction of our members.

- **Build Relationships**:Cultivate connections with Prairie Centre Credit Union members by engaging in meaningful conversations, asking insightful questions, and actively listening to comprehend their financial needs
- **Be a Service Champion**: Provide outstanding service to members, facilitating a range of daily financial transactions with precision, both over the phone and in person
- **Connect Members**: Collaborate with branch colleagues to guide members toward tailored advice and solutions for credit and investments
- **Recommend Solutions**: Highlight your expertise in Prairie Centre Credit Union's unique array of products and services, addressing member inquiries and offering solutions for their future needs
- **Empower Members**: to seamlessly access digital channels, enabling them to bank with Prairie Centre Credit Union at their convenience and preference

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma is required. Prior experience in customer service or financial services is an asset, as is experience completing cash transactions
- Proven computer and keyboarding skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills are essential
- Exceptional customer service skills with an ability to demonstrate proactive behaviour by offering assistance or recommendations to members before they inquire
