**Overview**
**Duties**:
- Manage club operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training
- Implement sales strategies to drive membership growth and retention
- Conduct interviews and lead the hiring process for new staff members
- Handle payroll, cashiering, and financial transactions
- Maintain inventory and oversee purchasing activities
- Provide excellent customer service to club members
- Ensure compliance with club policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the golf industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in sales management and team leadership
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months
Pay: $32,190.15-$76,460.67 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
