Our relationship with Axereal, Europe's largest grain cooperative, ensures us access to high quality barley year round. **The job** You will join the regional HR team as a payroll and benefits specialist, and will be responsible for the payroll and benefit administration for our locations in the region (USA and Canada) Your core responsibilities will be: - The timely and accurate payroll of all Boortmalt employees and outsourced staff in cooperation with the payroll providers; - Handle payment issues and act as the contact person for the provision of a timely response to questions employees may have about their payments or benefits; - Gathering time records of the employees and uploading them into the payroll system. Ensure time records are accurate and correct any irregularities and inconsistencies; - Handle and be the point of contact for the administration of compensation and benefits (Health cover, workers compensation, pension plans and 401K, bonus schemes, etc); - Handle the administration related to HR processes from the onboarding of the employee up to termination. **Who you are**: - Minimum 3 years of Payroll and Benefit administration experience in Canada and USA. - Experience working with ADP or similar. - Experience working with Krono's clocks or similar time and attendance software. - Familiar with payroll and benefit administration in both the USA and Canada. - Verbal and written communication skills. **What we can offer you** We offer an attractive salary and benefits package and as part of a global organization can offer career opportunities internationally.
