As a **Workforce Insights and Analytics Specialist **for AstraZeneca you’ll have the rare opportunity to use your expertise to influence the strategy of a global biopharmaceutical FTSE 100 company.

You can expect considerable visibility, as you partner with HR leaders to ensure that data and analytics drive workforce decisions and workforce planning. With a mix of business partnering, technical skill development and the delivery of high-quality insights, the role also offers a firm platform for career development.

**Main duties and responsibilities**

You’ll work as part of the Workforce Insights and Analytics team, supporting the analytics partners and HR Business Partners on all aspects of workforce analytics. You’ll be interpreting data to generate strategic insights, supporting our core processes and continuing to develop our technology. Supporting the wider AstraZeneca HR community to enhance their analytical capability will also form part of your role.
- The role will provide HR analytics to support functions within HR, such as Talent & Development and Global Reward. Helping to understand the ROI of HR processes such as Talent Management
- The role will support the development of our core analytics technologies as we look to provide insight tools for a wide range of HR users, driving standardisation and automation
- Project management of the company-wide employee engagement survey, both set up and analysis
- Responsible for the production of core corporate deliverables for the SET and Board
- Required to support Workforce Insight & Analytics Partners and projects across HR and the business
- Supporting ongoing HR capability uplift in Analytics & Insights

**Requirements**:

- An analytical thinker with a strong ability to manipulate complex data
- Ability to interpret data and draw out insights
- Present insights clearly, and in a visually compelling way
- An agile learner with strong problem-solving skills
- Technical ability to utilise our tools and technologies
- Strong business acumen, articulate, able to interact with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Basic coding knowledge desirable e.g. SQL, Python
