If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Alpha Building Supply is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team at our thriving building material store.

**Responsibilities**:
Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on building materials, products, and services.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our vast range of building materials, including lumber, siding, decks, hardware, flooring, and more. Stay updated on industry trends and product innovations.

Sales Generation: Proactively approach customers, offering assistance and recommendations to help them find the right products for their projects. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing.

Quotations and Orders: Prepare accurate quotations and process customer orders efficiently. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote repeat business and customer loyalty. Follow up on leads, identify upselling opportunities, and participate in sales events or promotions.

**Requirements**:
Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry, is highly desirable.

Sales Skills: Proven track record in achieving sales targets, demonstrating excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships.

Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple customer inquiries, quotations, and orders effectively. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
