Sage Hill Dental is looking for a Dental Admin who will have excellent work ethics, trustworthy and communication skills, could multi-task in a very busy environment, answer multiple phone lines. We are looking someone who have dynamic personality and love interacting with people, capable of making connections with patients and ensuring they are comfortable. The position is best suited for some one who have **2+ experience** working in a dental office.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating hygiene appointments.
- Greeting patients, checking-in and checking-out.
- Getting insurance breakdowns, submit insurance claims and predeterminations, collecting payments and sending payment reminders.
- Entering patient information in the dental software ( Cleardent).
- Opening and closing clinic and help in other administrative duties as assigned.
**2 year Cleardent experience is a must.**
**Weekend and late evening availability required.**
**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
