**Job Posting: Home Support Worker-Casual**

**Location**: Rural Ottawa South

**Salary**: $20.40 per hour

**Hours**: Flexible Hours - Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (hours vary based on availability and client demand, availability on alternate weekends maybe required)

**Position Summary**: ROSSS is seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to enhance the quality of life for seniors and adults with disabilities in rural Ottawa South. In this role, you will provide essential in-home support services, helping clients maintain their independence and dignity. Key responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and providing companionship.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients
- Must be willing to travel throughout ROSSS' catchment area
- Attention to safety and well-being
- Must have a car and a valid driver's license
- Passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities
