The Spa at The Pearle Hotel, is currently looking for a Lead Spa Attendant to join our team.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Acts as a leader to the Spa Attendant team, upholding the goals and objectives of the organization.
- Abides by The Pearle Hotel and Pearle Hospitality Policies and Procedures and holds members of staff to the same standards.
- Advocates as a representative of the Spa Attendant Team to management on workplace issues and improvements
- Responsible for fostering a healthy attitude and working relationships with all co-workers and members of management.
- Promotes and contributes to a positive working environment with a spirit of inclusivity.
- Trains all new Spa Attendants
- Overseeing the guest experience throughout the spa
- Provide exceptional customer service at all points of contact, including but not limited to, interacting with guests and answering enquiries.
- Conduct spa tours.
- Inform guests of safety and enjoyment within the pool and spa area.
- Managing laundry from all departments of the spa, including the pool, cafe, and gym.
- Maintaining a professional and clean spa environment throughout the spa.
- Maintaining the relaxation area, including serving guests.
- Maintaining cleanliness in changes rooms.
- Disinfecting all touch points throughout the spa.
- General cleaning, including vacuuming and mopping floors as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Smart Serve certification

**Experience**
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a spa environment
- Experience working in a hospitality, or customer service role

**Skills**
- Warm, friendly, and welcoming
- Ability to communicate directly with customers in order to fulfill their needs
- A keen eye for detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self motivated
- Professional demeanor
