Role Summary
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our scheduling processes across the country. Your experience with scheduling processes and systems, seamless operational efficiencies, and dedication to our organizational goals will be essential to your success in this role. You will provide vital operational and planning support to company leadership and various internal departments, ensuring the efficient and effective deployment of resources.
Your exceptional leadership and organizational skills, combined with a strong work ethic and attention to detail, will enable you to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance our business processes. Collaborating closely with the National Operations Liasion Manager, senior management and the Executive Leadership Team, you will develop and execute intelligent scheduling strategies to control costs and optimize operations by developing, standardizing, implementing, and evaluating policies and procedures to provide seamless service.
**What you’ll do**
- Oversee all company-wide Scheduling and Control Center operations to ensure efficient staff and resource deployment.
- Provide leadership, support, and guidance to the Scheduling and Control Centre departments who provide services nationally.
- Oversee TrackTik administration to identify anomalies and efficiencies, ensure accurate data entry, and provide systems guidance to all internal stakeholders.
- Act as the key contact for scheduling issues, coordinate and execute strategic initiatives and service requirements by collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team.
- Manage the Scheduling and Control Center team to schedule related inquiries and issues, and provide resolutions in collaboration with Human Resources, Accounts Receivable and Operations.
- Maintain updated knowledge of site contracts and security guard requirements.
- Conduct regular screenings and create reports to monitor scheduling department performance and protocol adherence.
- Build a strong customer service-oriented team and mentor the scheduling team to ensure accuracy and consistency in their tasks and foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain responsiveness to client inquiries and requests, ensuring timely delivery of schedules and addressing performance issues.
**What you bring**
- Minimum of 3 years experience in scheduling management and overseeing a team, including those working on continental schedules.
- Previous experience in the Security industry and Security Workforce Management Software is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, coach, and set your team up for success in a multi-region or national capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a combination of education and training in a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Able to work autonomously while leading a strong team of high performers. professionals who at high levels
- Serve as a mentor to young leaders of our company, and lead by example Ability to mentor, coach, and develop future leaders within your team.
- Experience with implementing and managing Change Management processes.
- Experience implementing and developing Standard Operating Procedures and collaborating with stakeholders to create policies.
- Experience with auditing processes, implementing or participating in ISO/CORE certification implementation and knowledge an asset.
