**About Us**:
All Green has spent the last 8 years simplifying pest control and wildlife services for thousands of families in the Greater Vancouver Area facing all types of critter issues. All Green offers a growing range of pest control and wildlife services which currently include insect population control, rodent control, and raccoon, skunk, and bird removal, for residential, strata, commercial and industrial properties.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pest Control Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our pest management division, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our clients by providing exceptional pest control services. Your main duties will include inspecting for identifying pest infestations, implementing appropriate treatment plans, and servicing residential and commercial properties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough inspections to identify and assess insect activity, rodent infestations, and wildlife intrusions.
- Develop effective treatment plans and execute pest control strategies using integrated pest management techniques.
- Install and maintain pest control devices and exclusion materials.
- Educate clients on pest prevention methods and recommend appropriate sanitation practices.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in pest control or related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of common pests, their behaviours, and control methods.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in challenging situations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
