**Insurance Account Service Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member**:
Location: Clarington / Newcastle

**Position Overview**:
A successful Multi Office Desjardins Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join our winning team as a receptionist and customer service specialist We are seeking someone with exceptional attentional detail with a selfless attitude, unwavering integrity, and a thirst for learning. If you are passionate about helping others and dedicated to growth, and an all around AWESOME person, we want you on our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Data Entry and Gathering of accurate information.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Work with the Manager to establish and meet marketing goals.

**Qualifications**:

- History of providing an Awesome client experiences
- the genuine desire to be part of a winning culture and fun work environment
- Property & Casualty license OTL or RIBO an asset (must be able to obtain)
- Any Post Secondary Marketing or Business studies would be an asset
- Sales experience an asset (outside sales, retail sales or hospitality / servers)

**Salary**:
**$50,000 - $65,000 Including Salary, Commissions, Bonuses, Benefits and other Incentives to Start**
- These positions are with an independent contractor agent that is part of the Desjardins exclusive agent network, not with Desjardins Group or its subsidiaries. This agents’ employees are not employees of Desjardins. Independent contractor agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees._
