After School Program Director

Black Belt World Canada is seeking a responsible, energetic, and organized After School Program Director to lead and oversee our after-school program at our Burlington location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, managing daily operations, and ensuring a safe, structured, and positive environment.

Position Details
- Location: Black Belt World Canada - Burlington
- 4380 South service Rd
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM
- Hourly Rate:

- Starting: $20/hour
- Increase up to $25/hour within 90 days (based on performance and reliability

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily after-school program operations
- Supervise and care for children in a safe, structured, and positive environment
- Coordinate student pick-ups and transportation logistics
- Drive company vehicle for school pick-ups (as required)
- Communicate professionally with parents, staff, and school representatives
- Maintain attendance records and daily reports
- Ensure all safety policies, procedures, and child-care standards are followed
- Support program activities including homework time, structured play, and martial arts integration
- Act as a leader and role model representing Black Belt World values

Required Qualifications
- Valid G-Class Driver’s License
- Clean Driver’s Abstract
- Criminal Background Check (mandatory)
- ECE - Early Childhood Education certification (required)
- Experience working with children in a structured setting
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

- Experience in after-school programs, childcare, or education
- Ability to manage multiple children and staff calmly and effectively
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Team-oriented mindset with leadership capability
