Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecom/Wireless Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of wireless products, telecom solutions, and related services while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the best telecom and wireless solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell wireless devices, telecom services, and related products to new and existing customers.
- Provide knowledgeable and personalized solutions by assessing customer needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up to date on the latest wireless technology, telecom services, and promotional offerings.
- Assist customers with device setup, troubleshooting, and plan changes when required.
- Process sales transactions accurately and maintain proper documentation.
- Participate in training sessions to continually improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Represent the company brand with professionalism and excellent customer service.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in business, sales, or related field is an asset).
- Previous experience in telecom, wireless sales, or retail sales preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve or surpass sales goals.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new devices, apps, and systems.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about sales.
