**Job Summary**

**Base requirements**:

- No criminal record
- Legally entitled to work in Canada

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Facilitate the receipt and distribution of both short-term and long-term materials.
- Coordinate with dispatch for movement of in-city pickups and deliveries, escalating to the appropriate parties as required.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, including stand-up reach trucks, order pickers, propane forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Perform administrative tasks such as: Maintaining an active inventory list of materials not tracked by the Inventory Management System. Preparing monthly reports on storage allocation. Filing and scanning paperwork, including packing lists and Bills of Lading (BOLs) for records management.
- Assist with general duties around the warehouse, including verification and putaway of materials during periods of downtime.
- Support cycle counts and internal audits as required.
- Adapt to fluctuating work conditions.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with SAP or EWM is considered an asset.
- Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license required.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and Excel.
- Positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Working Conditions**
- Must be physically fit to handle both indoor warehouse settings and outdoor ‘on ice’ weather conditions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as required.
- Comfort working at heights with appropriate safety equipment.
- Potential for exposure to heavy equipment operation and a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Monday to Friday work schedule, with occasional high-priority periods requiring flexibility.

Pay: $23.00-$24.00 per hour
