**HIRING HOP-ON HOP-OFF DRIVERS & GUIDED TOUR DRIVERS** **(year-round or seasonal, full-time or part-time roles available)**:
We are hiring all kinds of professional Drivers and Guides. Do you love public speaking, enjoy being an independent leader in your work, and going out of your way to make someone's day? You’ll fit in great on our Guided Tours Driver team. Are you a people person, though maybe less outgoing, but have strong interpersonal skills? That’s wonderful too, as we have a role for you on our Hop-On Hop-Off or Shuttle driving team. Wherever your fit on our operations team, you will be genuinely passionate about sharing your knowledge of Vancouver with visitors from around the world, while skillfully driving throughout the city. And you can’t beat our office views of beautiful Vancouver from your driver’s seat

**HOP-ON HOP-OFF DRIVER**:
**Start Date**: Immediately

**Location**:2350 Beta Ave, Burnaby, BC

**Wage**: $21/hr with Class 1 or 2 with Air Brakes PLUS add in accumulation of holiday pay, daily overtime, pooled commission. **Your hourly wage works out to be $24-$25 per hour.**

+ Extended Health benefits (Company pays ½ while working full time if you opt in)

+ this role also earns gratuities

**YOUR WORK WILL INCLUDE**:

- Driving a tour bus on a fixed, scheduled route around Downtown Vancouver in a safe manner
- Driving safely and efficiently to keep on schedule to posted route timing
- Providing exceptional service to our guests
- Performing daily pre and post-trip inspections
- Promoting partner attractions and online reviews
- Effective and professional communication over radio/phone
- Ability to adapt quickly and efficiently to changing traffic patterns, street closures or detours
- Accurately perform credit transactions using point of sale terminals
- Professionally handle guest queries and concerns
- Available to work a full-time schedule over the peak summer touring months

**WHAT WE WILL LIKE ABOUT YOU**:

- You have a friendly + outgoing personality with a guest first focus
- You possess a valid BC Class 1 OR Class 2 Licence with air brake endorsement, with clean driver abstract
- You possess a professional attitude and appearance
- You have the flexibility to accommodate a changing schedule, available to work any day of the week, and an average shift length of 10-11 hours per day
- You have previous experience working in a customer service role
- You have the ability to work well both independently with minimum direction, and as part of a team
- You are fluent in English, written and oral. Ability to speak a second language is a bonus.

**GUIDED TOUR DRIVER**:
**Start Date**: Immediately

**Location**: 2350 Beta Ave, Burnaby, BC

**Wages**: $21.00/hr with Class 1 or 2 with Air Brakes PLUS this role pays daily overtime.** **Your hourly wage works out to be $24-$25 per hour.**

+ Extended Health benefits (Company pays ½ while working full time if you opt in)

+ this role also earns gratuities averaging $7-10/hr ($50-300/day)

**YOUR WORK WILL INCLUDE**:

- Being responsible for conducting safe, orderly, and fun sightseeing tours, driving 20+ guests on tours to Vancouver, North Shore, Victoria, Squamish & Whistler
- Providing clear live tour narration in English while driving
- Efficiently keeping the tour on-time and schedule, while providing a five-star guest experience
- Performing daily pre
- and post-trip inspections, ensuring bus cleanliness
- Being warm, friendly, and welcoming to all guests and team members
- Promoting partner attractions and online reviews
- Professionally handle guest queries and concerns
- Complete all passenger paperwork for entry into ferries and into attractions
- Effective and professional communication over radio/phone
- Available to work a full or part time schedule over the summer touring months
