We are seeking innovative, customer focused people to join our team We currently have opportunities for: Department Manager, Photo Lab The Department Manager, Photo Lab is responsible for directing Photo Lab employees to maintain, customer service, and operational standards within the department. The Department Manager is responsible for hiring, scheduling, and payroll, as well as the ongoing training and development of staff. The position leads the department towards achieving company goals and objectives, including financial benchmarks in sales, inventory control and payroll.

In addition to the above duties, this is a customer service position which requires a great deal of customer contact. Accordingly, applicants must be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment while at the same time providing quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.

Preference will be given to applicants with a minimum one year of management retail experience, however applicants without management experience may also be considered. You will have extensive knowledge of photography, combined with a commitment to staying current with changes in the relevant technology and innovations in the industry through independent research, training materials, seminars, and awareness of competitive activity.

Your proven ability to build the business will include a strong dedication to following and enforcing all Company policies, procedures, and standards as well as an ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, employees, and management. In addition you are able to train, coach, and develop employees in their current position and in preparation for advancement.
