What You Will Be Doing You will coordinate workshop service orders from creation to closure, manage WIP and margins, and ensure timely delivery of services. This includes handling SAP processes, logistics, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Your work will directly contribute to improving workflow efficiency and customer experience. Responsibilities: Own workshop service orders from start to finish. Manage WIP, margins, and workshop volumes. Create/release orders in SAP and submit requisitions. Expedite quotations and POs; coordinate with suppliers. Update order book and maintain accurate data. Communicate daily with customers and stakeholders. Support workshop team lead to meet workflow demands To Be Successful in This Role, We Expect You to Have 3–5 years of experience in workshop coordination or similar role. Strong knowledge of SAP and related systems. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Energetic, resourceful, and creative about finding solutions, with a “growth” mindset. Ability to work in a multinational workshop environment. Experience in WIP management and margin analysis. Familiarity with logistics and shipping processes Other Requirements:  The candidate must live within a 30‑minute drive of the Surrey office, as unplanned attendance may be required from time to time. The candidate must be flexible with their work schedule (including occasional weekends). As an ideal candidate, we expect you to have: High integrity.
