Responsibilities • Conducts deficiency walks.• Coordinates and supervises sub-trade work.• Tracks site progress and deficiencies.• Verifies site conditions, coordinates with drawings and quality assurance reviews.• Coordinates, marks up and updates drawings.• Coordinates work specific scope, trades an tracking progress photos.• Conducts trade quote reviews by verifying material quantities, hours, and rates.• Inputs and updates deficiency logs.• Performs quantity take-offs and participation in project meetings.• Produces as-built drawings and maintains record keeping.Qualifications • Working towards a degree or diploma in a civil engineering related field.• Eligible for Government security clearance (Basic Reliability). • A passion for working in a construction environment. • Experience with the application of various computer software programs, including word processing, spreadsheet applications and drafting.• Self-motivation with a hands-on approach.• Prior field construction experience is considered an asset.
