We are currently looking for a self-motivated individual to become an integral part of our team in the Dartmouth location as an Account Manager.  Our ideal candidate will be someone who drives for results, has a history of uncovering new business opportunities, but also provides outstanding customer service.  This person will have a passion for providing solution-based selling and creating a value-added relationship with their customers.  Responsibilities: Maintain regular contact with touch customers via email and telephone. Visit with key customers as required. Maintain customer contracts. Achieve and exceed sales goals with your assigned accounts. Responsible for generating demand for Rexel products and identifying business opportunities with your customer base. Work closely with other members of the team to ensure you are engaged in the entire sales process. Support the Projects and Quotation teams as needed. Share and leverage talents and provide information to improve sales strategies and execution. Strive to achieve long-term relationships with customers by ‘value-add’ selling techniques. Provide accurate technical data and advice to customers. Qualifications: College diploma (or equivalent.) Proven client service and preferably 4 – 5 years of commercial and industrial sales experience. You have a proven ability to communicate effectively and build/maintain effective relationships.
