Industrial Millwright (433A Red Seal) Full-Time | Ingersoll, ON $44.73/hour We are hiring a Licensed 433A Industrial Millwright (Red Seal) to join a manufacturing team in Ingersoll. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery to keep production running safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems Service CNC machines, robotics, gearboxes, presses, and related equipment Read and interpret blueprints and schematics Respond quickly to breakdowns in a fast-paced environment Maintain safety and quality standards Requirements 433A Industrial Millwright (Red Seal) – Mandatory Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Comfortable working at heights and in industrial environments Ability to work independently with minimal supervision What’s Offered $44.73/hour (CBA) Health & Dental Benefits Pension Plan Annual Bonus Stable, long-standing company Training and development opportunities Applicants must be Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents.
