Job Description :We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our organization as an Audit, Compliance, and Governance Specialist. This role is crucial in ensuring Network Services adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies while maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance.What will you do?Responsible for working with internal Governance and Audit teams as well as external Auditors to ensure Network services is compliant in all aspects of its operationsResponsible for identifying, assessing and mitigating risks related to compliance and governanceDevelop strategies to manage and reduce risk within the Enterprise Network Services teamPrepare detailed reports on audit findings, compliance issues and governance matters for Senior Management outlining the risks to the organizationAct as the primary liaison between Audit, Governance, Compliance and the Enterprise Network TeamsAct as the primary liason and manage internal audits within the Enterprise Network Services department to assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems and recommend improvements where necessary.Collaborate with management to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards that may impact the organization.Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters and best practices.Prepare and present comprehensive reports on audit findings, compliance issues, and risk assessments to senior managementAssist in the development and maintenance of corporate governance frameworks and policies.Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.Manage and maintain documentation related to audits, compliance, and governance activities.What will you need to succeed?Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA are highly desirable.Strong knowledge of Networking Technologies, the processes involved in delivering networking services to an EnterpriseMinimum of 5 years of experience in audit, compliance, or governance roles.Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Superior written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in data analysis and audit software tools.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.What's in it for you?
