Customer Experience RepresentativeEmploi - Permanent Full-time - Agent/Clerk - Customer service Branch office: Coquitlam -Coquitlam British Columbia V3K 6T1 As soon as possibleSchedule: Monday to Friday (Day) Salary: $47 000 - $53 000 Description: The Customer Experience Representative plays a key role in delivering an exceptional service experience to Sani Marc’s clients across its various business units. Acting as a frontline ambassador, the representative handles customer inquiries, processes orders, and provides product and service support while ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams such as Sales, Logistics, and Operations. Responsibilities:Under the supervision of the Customer Experience Supervisor the Customer Experience Representative performs the following tasks: Act as the primary contact, for our three divisions, on products or services and process orders in an efficient and timely manner;Respond to customer requests such as return merchandise authorizations, delivery requests, out-of-stock items, pricing irregularities and notify the appropriate account manager;Provide exceptional customer service and advisory roles to our clients;Follow up with clients/vendors regarding order reception or back orders;Guard against complacency and the status quo with existing procedures or work methods; communicate freely your ideas;Contributes to the team's efforts by carrying out any other task assigned by the Customer Experience Supervisor; Requirements:To perform well, you must have: A high school diploma;A passion for customer service;Strong communication skills with the ability to upsell/ cross-sell;Capacity to work independently and/ or as part of a team;General knowledge of MS Office;Effective organization skills;Adaptability, responsibility and flexibility;Manage the inventory and carry out the annual inventoryA sense of ‘urgency’ combined with courtesy and open-mindedness.
