Location Name : Bleu Horizon Location City : Rouyn-Noranda Job Status : Permanent: Part Time Job Schedule : Night time Hours per week : Purpose of the position We are looking for a heavy housekeeping attendant to join our maintenance team.Schedule: Permanent position, 7 nights on, 7 nights off. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Maintain and clean the premises Clean entryways and common areas Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior Wash windows in common areas Taking out the trash Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors Keep the work environment clean Cleaning and performing maintenance duties Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas All other related tasks The ideal person has : Good sense of organization Good physical ability Punctuality and reliability Pride in ones work Concern for cleanliness and hygiene standards Team spirit Good judgment and priority management Required qualifications : Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset) High school diploma (SSD) Knowledge of seniors’ residences, a major asset What will you be offered : Referral Program Uniform provided Sick days and time off for family obligations Floating days off Social leave Vacation Human management approach Consistent schedule A welcoming and tight-knit team Social Club activities, gifts and substantial discounts COGIR Real Estate promotes access to equality in employment.
