RBC’s Transaction Banking team provides comprehensive treasury and cash management, trade finance, and payment solutions to corporate and institutional clients, supporting businesses to optimize their working capital, manage risk and streamline operations through innovative digital tools and global expertise.As a Senior Client Service Advisor (SCSA) Trade Finance, you are a key member of the Client Relationship Team (CRT), specializing in trade finance products. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for a dedicated client portfolio, coordinate and collaborate with partners to resolve servicing requests and deepen client relationships.What will you do?Deliver an exceptional pro-active client experience by responding promptly and accurately to requests, prioritizing the client’s needs and taking ownership to resolve requests on the first contactPartner with the CRT and Operations teams to offer expert advice, coordinate complex and effective integrated service solutions, addressing client concerns with a long-term perspectiveRecord and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, identifying root causes and providing effective solutionsBalance competing demands and prioritize tasks to meet stakeholder requirements, escalating issues that may impact client experience or RBC standards, including policy, compliance, and reputational riskConduct regular Client Service Reviews to enhance product utilization and identify new opportunitiesEducate clients and promote the adoption of digital solutions to enable clients to self-serve efficiently and improve their overall experienceProvide customized product training to clients as needed to support their unique requirementsContribute to team initiatives and develop expertise in specific solutions (SME subject matter expertise)Maintain accurate documentation of service queries and complete required reporting for transparency and managementWhat do you need to succeed?
