Supporting the daily operations and contributing to the growth of business and operations of a large Personal Lines book of business. Here is what a typical day looks like Overseeing changes to insurance policies and endorsements according to policy and procedure Continuously researching and reviewing industry and product knowledge to ensure legislative statutes are adhered to Completing performance evaluations for staff in partnership with the Manager, Customer Contact Centre Developing self through industry involvement, training and other courses Adhering to all Company processes to ensure consistent and accurate documentation, and correspondence Assisting other departments, positions, tasks and duties as required The value you bring General Insurance Level 2 License required, RIBO an asset History of modeling the way when implementing initiatives and best practices Strong time-management and training skills in a deadline driven environment Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours/week Location: Remote in Canada Current Vacancy: Yes  Salary Range: $55,000 - $80,000 Requisition #: 82514 Why Western?
